We feel that response time regarding medical emergencies will be greatly delayed resulting in a possible life or death situation. The increased train traffic will detrimentally affect the local environment by not only materials on the trains, but the increased traffic congestion and emissions from the trains themselves. In addition, the increased noise pollution and the affects of the train traffic on houses (vibrations) is also a big concern.
