I strongly support the Canadian National's proposal to reroute freight rail traffic for several reasons. Two are: The roads in the areas in and near the city are already very congested. freight trains stopping traffic at all time of day extreemly exasterbate that even to the point where traffic is running down our side streets. The second point is that since traffic is so congested in these areas Canadian National feels they have to blow their horns the whole way through. Both of these issues would not be as much of a problem in the areas that trains would be rerouted too.
