Due to all the problems this acquisition would cause to the area that I live in and the fact that CN expects the tax payers to pay 95% of the cost of mitigation, which to me is like a bail out of a foreign company,at a time when we the tax payers have to bail out our financial institutions just so our economy might not collapse, I think this whole idea should be scrapped.
