Canadian National RR should use the modern, inter-model truck and multiple rail-line facilities already constructed in Rochelle, IL, just west of Chicago. These have been built to accommodate the very needs requested by the CNRR,for their current and future requiremtns, both trains & trucks. Further, the open space required to construct lengthy bridges for double decker trainsis not available in most of the 40 towns akong the EJ&E, but are already built and functioning in Rochelle, IL. Why destroy 40 communities when a better alternative is already available, and at minimum cost.
