I strongly oppose CN's proposed aquisition of the EJ&E. This will a devastating impact to our environment, the safety of our children and our property values. In this already challenging economic climate we can not afford more negative blows to our local enconomy. If this acquistion is permitted the traffic congestion/gridlock will impede emergency vehicles and create a variety of other safety issues. All of these will have an overwhelming affect on local businesses, families and property owners in the far northwest suburban area.
