Barrington, IL was never designed or planned for heavy freight train traffic. Long freight trains passing through Barrington on the EJ&E track will block three major roads simultaneously. Traffic congestion will be unbearable and will literally destroy the community. Medical and other emergencies will have to wait for the trains to pass and traffic to clear. Life in Barrington will be a nightmare. Please don't approve CN's purchase of the EJ&E track.
