We support Tom Cross' opposition to the proposed acquisition of the EJ & E railroad due to the following. Significant delays of vehicles at railroad crossings. Our subdivision is so closed to the railroad crossing and we have a lot of children in our community. And their safety is not always guaranteed esp. if they are on their own crossing these railroads. They should create a viaduct so as not to disrupt or cause more traffic congestions.
