Regarding: Docket Number 35087, CN's proposed acquisition of the EJ&E. Mr. Johnson-Ball, it is my intent to email you regarding my interests of main Street Americans and how it this acquisition will create havioc to our community. We have one way out/in of our subdivions and a one lane for motorist that travels East & West. The road is already congetsted by people traveling from the western communities, by passing the railroad acquistion, we are helpless to the traffic conditions. What about emergency vehicles, there was one just built east the tracks. in the event of an emergency, there's possibly way a firetruck or ambulance can reach the 3 surrounding communities. What about the safety of our children. The schools are within blocks of the tracks. Please help us to suspend this acquisition until there a good plan in place for all who will be effected. The communities need to know what is being done to address all of the issues and it needs to be done per town basis.
