It is my opinion after leaving in the Barrington IL area since 1988 that CN'S PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF THE EJ&E IS A NET REGIONAL NEGATIVE for our area and I respectfully request that your board reject this proposal/application. thank for your time on this matter
