Dear Board Representative; I would like to voice my opposition to the proposed CN rail coming through New Lenox. We are a small community that depends upon the existing roads to get us to school, work and medical emergencies. I've attended all the local meetings and heard enough. This CN rail is going to be a disaster for our community. I am especially concerned about people racing to beat the train. I also am also concerned about the long waits for those of us who don't speed up to beat the train. The fear of hazardous wastes being transported so close to our homes, the property values going down, the noise, the pollution on the neighboring farm fields. Please don't allow our community to be ruined, as we are certain it will be when the amount of trains increase. Thank you, Deb Babbe
