Dear Ms. Johnson-Ball, I am writing to express my opposition to the prospective acquisition of the EJ&E line by Canadian National Railway. I oppose the proposed acquisition becuase the increased number of longer and faster freight trains running through plainfield will result in increased vehicle delays in our already congested area roads.we have basically one north south road running through plainfield . at present when a freight train runs through town it causes backups for miles and significant time delays. an increase in the number of trains running through plainfield will only increase the problem.
