Regarding the application of the CN to acquire the E,J&E, I request the STB to consider the dangerous impact on surface crossings in Naperville from the addition of the train traffic suggested by CN estimates. T believe the transaction to be beneficial to the economy as a whole, but recommend that CN be required to contribute at least 50% of the cost of eliminating surface crossings (either submerge or elevate road or rail). There are over 30 affected intersections along the E,J&E - representing potentially very dangerous and deadly intersections given the suggested increase in rail traffice. Thank you.
