I have noticed the increase noise pollution of the freight trains at night. I know that there is a sign that no train horn should be blown from 10pm - 5 am. This is not the case since I hear horns sounded off at 1 - 3 am. It is very disruptive to the neighborhood. I live four blocks away from the train tracks and it sounds clear as if it were next door. I can't even imagine the houses that are lined along the tracks.Please take the initiative and re-route this train line as it is being proposed. Thank you.
