I am a resident who lives south of the existing RR tracks which will be used by the Canadian RR. I must cross those tracks on the way to work and whenever I leave the house for shopping, or other purposes. There is NO WAY over or under the tracks for me or for any EMERGENCY vehicles. While I am all in favor of more efficient transportation, I also believe that those who will profit from the increased RR traffic should pay a significant part of the costs for bridges or underpasses to allow more efficient transportation for the vast majority of citizens who still must use automobiles.
