The impact of this sale poses undue and under/uncompensated burdens on the local citizens, risks to our children's education and safety, and is generally unfair. It impacts the quality of life of myself and my family as regular travellers of several of the grade crossings, one of which is between my home and my children's school. Please do not recommend the sale's approval.
