Please help save our community and all the other communities along the EJ&E railroad tracks that Canadian National Railroad wish to purchase. I have been going to meetings for almost a year now and the concerns continue to be the same. They are, the quality of life in our communities along with the value of the homes along the track. There is also the enviormental issues as well as safety issues. Our house is 112 yrs. old and we do not think that it will be able to withstand the vibration from all the trains that will by passing by our house and the speed at which they will be traveling. Thank you for any help that you can give to all the communities that will be affected in a negative way, if this purchase goes thru. The thought that a Railroad outside of the United States can dictate what they want and what they will do, which is not much, is way beyond making any sense to me.
