please do not allow the expansion of the railway tracks. my family and I live off harlem avenue and would be greatly impacted with the expansion. (hauling dangerous materials, noise pollution-blowing of whistle day and evenings, dangerous situations for our childrens bus transportation, and the amount of trains per day, and the time. my church and many of my fellow neighbors churches will be effected with the proposed expansion. please do not let this happen.....
