Please require the CN Railroad to pay for the required upgrades or improvements to the effected crossings. We are just citizens/taxpayers, moms and dads and it is patently unfair for regulatory panels such as the STB to follow historical decisions. Aren't you afterall representing the interests of our country ? How can you ignore such an equitable solution- because it is unprecedented ? Set a solution that works for the 21st century.
