I am writing to voice my concern over the sale of the EJ&E railway to CN. I will be directly affected by the sale in the following ways, my children are bussed to school and have to cross those tracks each day. This will add more time to the commute. My husband has a long commute already, this will add to that as well as wasting gas while sitting at a crossing for upwards of ten minutes. This sale will also affect emergency response times in a negative way. I am also not looking forward to the increased train whistles. I have two crossings by my house and one of them was in the works to be a silent crossing. A welcome blessing for me, however, with the sale and increased train traffic, I am sure that will not happen. I am also concerned that my taxes will go up to pay to make several crossings, grade crossings. Thankyou for your time and concern in this matter. Heather Kenneally
