I can live with the whistles from six trains a day through Frankfort, but if we are going to get a train every hour, my family and I will never get to sleep or be able to carry on a continuous conversation unless the whistles stop. The final Environmental Impact Statement needs to include recommendations for the CN to pay for safety improvements at all crossings in Frankfort so that the Federal Railroad Administration will approve a quiet zone through our community. Stop the Whistle.
