Please either deny the CN Railroad's request to acquire the EJ&E Railroad, or require the CN to provide funds for conversion of some of the at grade crossings in New Lenox. We have five at-grade crossings which split our town in half. I live on the south side of this railroad, and I fear that I will not be able to reach hospitals, or other public safety aid in event of an emergency. There is the possibility that all of these crossings could be blocked at one time, for who knows how long. This is a real concern to this Village. Please consider our residents when making your decision. Thank you so much for your interest in allowing us to voice our concerns. Marcia Englert
