My issue is two fold: 1.Quality of life 2.Availability of hospital emergency treatment. I'm a bleeder and if I don't get to the hospital ASAP I will bleed to death Last May 2007 I lost 8 pints of blood in a short period of time. These CN trains will cripple Barrington and tie up traffic for long periods of time. You can not approve this purchase without trampling on our rights and for a foreign corp! You people should be doing what is for the best interest of US citizens. Your guidelines are not placing the proper values on quality of life when they favor the railroad industry as they do.Pls,Pls,Pls help us. We need your support.
