I am a resident of Illinois(Wayne) and strongly object to CN's Proposed Action, and will be drastically harmed thereby." I can not imagine living with so many trains passing by.I will be forced to sell my house because i won't be able to enjoy my property any more.I thin that i have a right to enjoy my property."
