It is time to reduce the rail congestion in the BNSF corridor. Riverside has shouldered the burden of traffic jams, delayed emergency response,and safety for our commuters and school children for too long. Let the CN have its way in its rerouting of some trains to the EJ&E. Impose on it safety requirements, if need be, such as an over-pass program, or pedestrian tunnels etc. But do allow the CN/EJ&E purchase to go through.
