EJ&E railroad sale to CN" would cause great hardship to our subdivision, Remington Crossing. 123 homes were built on this site 4 to 7 years ago. Having the freight train increase would cause noise pollution, traffic congestion and the inability for us to enjoy our homes. This would be an invasion of privacy, trespass and nuisance. It would severely decrease the value of our homes in an already difficult market. We ask that you please not let this sale go through."
