The Draft EIS is insufficient for several reasons: 1. The anticiapted decrease in home values were not properly analyzed. 2. EMS impacts were not properly emphasized 3. Freight Capacity is based on current CN operating plan, NOT full capacity 4. The pollution created by idling vehicles was not accounted for 5. No consideration was given to the consequences for the area tax base and the long term financial drain on the community
