I am a resident of Illinois, and strongly object to CN's Proposed Action, and will be drastically harmed thereby. My family lives a block from the railroad track and the proposed acquisition will create catastrophic harm to my family and neighborhood. The increase rail traffic will cut us off from the main road which we use to drive by kid to school. It will delay the commuter trains that take to go to work on a daily basis. The emergency response from our closest fire department will be drastically affected since they're located in the other side to the tracks. But most of all my concern is with the hazardous materials that will move next to my subdivision. Our subdivision has many kids and I don't want our health and theirs to get jeopardize. Thank You and I hope you take into consideration our lives when you to vote on the acquisition of the EJ&E rail line.
