I am in opposition to the proposed acquisition of EJ&E Railroad by Canadian National Railway Corp. The impact to my community would not be a welcomed one. Our roadway congestion is already at high levels and I feel the increased rail traffic, as a result of this acquisition, would further degrade my community with significant vehicle delays, reduction of emergency response times, pollution (air and noise), and ground vibrations. Please do not support this acquisition, and further, I ask that you work in opposition to it. Respectfully yours, Daniel Solomon
