Five years ago when I purchased my home by the EJ&E railroad tracks I was told it was a limited use spur track for coal trains and the crossing at 119th street did not even have railroad gates. Now on the same tracks you want to run longer and faster trains? i think this is a disaster waiting to happen, how can a limited use track now be a heavy use track with no apparent upgrade to the load capacity of the tracks. The sale to CN would be a major mistake and many future law suites, I can see it coming.
