As a resident of a community that will be greatly HARMED by the CN purchase of EJ&E, I ask for you to do not approve this pruchase by CN. I am perplexed at CN's position relative to environemental, safety and lack of any concern for our community. How a company can propose and expect approval and publicly state they will not pay ALL mitigation costs is unbelievable. There are so many issues and reasons (safety, noise, traffic, etc. etc.) why this SHOULD NOT BE APPROVED that I appeal to you to stop this purchase ASAP. Sincerly, Mark A Thompson
