I Live in Elmwood Park, IL and my home backs to the railroad tracks. There are SO MANY freight trains daily, that tie up traffic, blow their horns like crazy, cause accidents and create pollution for the environment. The pictures on my walls vibrate as they come thru and there are so many of them all day long. Please put thru this proposal to reduce the number of trains that run thru elmwood park daily.
