Ref: STB Finance Docket No. 35087 My biggest concerns with this deal are listed below: -the impact on noise assessment used is outdated and has been rejected by the US EPA. This will directly impact my family and my willingness to stay in this community. - Current metra rail service will likely be disrupted interfering more frequently with my daily commute. - life and death first responders are not being considered adequately and this poses significant risk to my family. - Additionally, adequate consideration should be given to the at grade crossings and the amount of time and money that will be lost due to the railroads impact on our area. Please consider these suggestions strongly as they directly impact my family and my neighbors.
