I am a resident of Wayne, Illinois. I strongly oppose the acuistiton of the EJ&E by CN. I live in a triangle bordered by three rail lines. I have concerns regarding traffic and access to emergency response units. I also understand that CN intends to move tranport of it's hazardous material to this line. I am concerned about, accidents, spills, and response to this type of incident. All homes in this area have private wells. Contamination of the wells by hazardous waste has not been addressed in the EIS. These issues must be addressed! Thank you.
