What recourse do the citizens have if your EIS is incorrect? What if the CN runs their trains less efficiently, slower, or longer? They can block our crossings (and our lives essentially) at will. Once the deal is done, we're out of luck. There are no federal laws to limit crossing blockage by trains (in fact, local statutes have been overturned in the courts). We are helpless against CN if you allow this deal to proceed and your assumptions and calculations are incorrect. Please, please do not approve this deal.
