This is in regards to docket number 35087 - I have stated my concerns before regarding the CNR's plan to increase freight traffic in my town. Now I am petrified - what happened in LA tonight is bound to happen (a proven 28% increase) in my town of Barrington if railway traffic is increased. Please do not let this happen. This is not necessary. Enough is enough.
