I have lived by this railroad track for almost half of my life (25 years) and truly do not mind the sound of the trains, otherwise I would have moved along time ago. However, the train traffic is minimal at this time and the quality of my life will certainly change under your ownership and train schedule. That is not something that I would like to see happen. As I near retirement, my house is a very important investment and I can see the increase in train traffic to be a significant negative impact in the value of my home. This is a huge concern of mine and was wondering how you would accomodate those of us who want to sell our homes but will see a drastic change of value in our homes?
