Dear Ms. Rutson, I wanted to write to express my objection to CN's Proposed Action to purchase E&J Rail. The increased rail traffic will have significant negative impacts to our current standard of living. I believe my community is willing to work out issues with CN, but I do not believe their current proposal adequately addresses the concerns of the community.
