Traffic congestion is a growing problem in the Aurora/Naperville area with many local streets becoming very congested during rush hours and on weekends. The proposed acquisition of EJ&E by the CNR will make this much worse since several key arteries do not have overpasses over the rail tracks (Ogden Ave., Diehl Rd., and Liberty/Jefferson). This acquisition should not be approved unless CNR first builds overpasses for these major local highways. Thank you.
