Please, Do not let this pass. This would be the life altering. I drive over these track everyday on the way to work (I teach at one of Dist. 204 schools). At this time if a train goes by it increases my drive by 20 minutes. If this happens every day it will impact the entire school. My son drives over them to go to work, my daughter to go to school. I drive over them to take my daughter to dance (at least 6-8 times per week). My husband drives over them to get onto the toll road. This will affect EVERYTHING we do. The fire department has to cross them to get to my home. If this passes, we, the people who will be made to suffer, should have absolutely no cost put upon them to build over/under passes. We will not be profitting, those who do should be made to do the improvements. No matter how it's looked upon, this will do nothing but hurt us. I beg you not to allow this to go through.
