Please do not approve the sale of EJ&E to CNR. The current rail traffic already backs vehicle traffic in both east-west and north-south directions (if vehicles are backed up e-w, n-s cars cannot turn into those streets). I live in School District 204 and so many buses would be delayed by trains. Just this in the last 2 weeks I was delayed by trains stopping on the tracks. Those communities who think CN will reduce traffic currently going through their communities are wrong--they'll just increase it on both lines. Why haven't they paid for mitigation in those communities? Why believe they'll pay for them in ours? Their motive is profit, not quality of life, which is our concern.
