Dear Ms. Johnson-Ball, I am writing to strongly encourage the STB to approve the CN aquisition of EJ&E RR and move the train freight traffic to Chicago's outer suburbs and rural areas. This move will dramatically reduce conjestion in the inner suburbs and city of Chicago. Thank you. Dale Ter Haar
