Pertainig to the purchase of the E. J. & E. railroad line by C. N. If you are truly impartial and fair, C. N. must be required to pay mitigation costs for all problems created in all communities involved. The residents of these communities will not reap any benefits from this transaction, only negative impacts. Why should we be forced to pay to mitigate the problems that will arise when C. N. will be reaping all of the rewards. If this was not a lucrative move for them to make, they wouldn't be doing it. Will you penalize us twice by creating multiple problems for us to deal with and then force us to pay to fix them while C. N. only receives profits?
