Dear STB, I'm writting in strong opposition to the purchase of the EJ&E by the CN Railway. This proposed purchase brings yo benefit to the town of Frankfort. What this does bring is decreased property values, delays in travel times do to streets being blocked by trains, greater potential for train accidents, more hazardous materials in out back yards, increase in polution, noise and vibrations, increase in potential pedestrian, bike and vehicle accidents, safety of our school witch is less the 2 1 block away. So I ask how is any of this good to the US citizens and the quality of life for us. I urge the STB to take there time review all the letters, filings, statements given and at the end rule Against the sales of the EJ&E to CN. In effort to preseve the quality of life.
