STB Finance Docket No. 35087 We're writing to inform you of our opposition to the acquisition of the EJ&E Railroad. As Barrington residents, we're well aware of the extremely negative impact increased freight train traffic will have on the safety of our community. Access to hospital, fire and police services will be negatively impacted, as will the safety of pedistrians, drivers, and students traveling on school buses. The safety of our air quality is also greatly at risk.
