I live directly behind the EJ&E. I have a problem now with many trains and I have to cross the tracks everyday. Not only will it be a nightmare to live with more train traffic but I would not be able to sell my place. Would you buy a home that has a ton of train traffic, dirt constantly on your belongs and pictures rattling. You're not solving a problem your just moving from one area to another. It's wrong.
