I would like to recieve the DRAFT EIS" for FD_35081 and the Dakota Minneasota & Eastern Railroads Proposed trackage plane into the "PRB" of Wyoming and any other INFORMATION with that regrads eitire for the planed railroad improvemennt on that Areas lines and any negitive commments that were filed on the Prossed merger of the "CPRC"and the "DM&E" trackage extentions. THANK YOU you can check with Phillis Johnson-Ball with regrads to my intrest in this matter with regrads to FD_35087 CANDIAN NATIONAL GRAND TRUNK WESTERN CONTROL MERGER of the ELGIN JOLIET & EASTERN RAILROAD a 198mile class 3 railroad that the CN wants to devert freight trains on with there idea of going around the chicagoland area chicago to by pass the chicagoland with almost no trackage improvements and the fact that the bottlenecks that are supposed to be lost on the inner lines by there merger will only be short lived in the long run due to the introduction of the SUPER TRAIN from Port Rupert B.C.and that the traffic will be EXCLUCIVELY "CN"'s inthe long run from China to the East Coast and sent by ship to Europe why should that merger not be concidered in regrads to your merger because the (2) CANDIAN RAILROADS will flood the current traffic will turn the current nation rail system into gridlock the like what is now happith the railroads not the "FRA" paying the tab since the "FRA" 4R trust fund is BANKRUPT as of now with all the railroads pleading for money but none ever repay thasening with stock market and the banks without a plan to incress trafic capacity w"
