Dr. Robert Fitzgerald recently told me that SGR counsel David Coburn, in his letter dated April 18, 2007 to the STB, implied that SGR had the County Government's approval that CR 365 could be moved....I would like to make it clear that I gave no approval to relocating CR 365....""
