Comment EI-16358

Received or sent (printed as 2/2/2009)

Dear Sirs I and many of my friends have been using the trails along the Little Delta river and across it for many years. These trails also lead to Koole and Bull Lakes. Both are popular fishing, hunting and trapping areas. While I support the idea of rail service to aid military training and to begin the process of a rail line to the lower 48. I hope the existing long time users of the trail systems will not be cut off from access. It looks to me like Donnely #2" would cause the least conflict and appears to be shorter. That is the route I would support. Regardless of the route chosen access to the long time historical users of the trails should not be restricted. Thanks Randall Fletcher 907-452-3455 Box 58597 Fairbanks AK 99711"
