I have two comments regarding the Draft EIS for the Rail O\Line between No. Pole and Delta Junction, AK. I support the AKRR preferred routes as the least impact on private lands and vehicular traffic. I would like clear consideration and accommodation afforded to those who need access to the west side of the route. Such access may need to vary depending on varying water and ice flows etc. Thank you.
