Again I thank you for allowing me to speak on 12/2/04 at the public meeting in Hondo, Tex. You are to be commended on the DEIS for its content concerning only the issues. I support your decisions and hope that you will continue to address them on your report to the STB committee. Much work, investigation, adhereance to the laws, and review has been achieved to compile this DEIS. Thank you for your dedication and hard work to complete this document and proposal.
